The Human Resource Management Department provides a range services covering the provision of advice to management and staff relating to people management issues and condition of employment, including the development policies and framework covering these areas.
1. Organizations Development Division
Organizational Development Division undertakes, activities that relates to capacity building such as creation or deletion of programs/primary/sub activities, creation or deletion of job positions, Manpower Planning and performance Measurements, Quality Policy and Process and Standard, IT Development Information and Knowleadge Dashboard (HR Online , HRIMS Database, Employee Profile, Employee Skill Database). Conduct Job Analysis, Performance Analysis, Competency Analysis, Performance Gap Assessment. Monitor the observation of our Client Services Chater.
2. Career Management Division
Career Management are responsible for personnel matters that relates: Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, SSM Examination, Confirmation, Emplacement into permanent and pensionable, Career Progression and Trackling, Replacement, Succession Planning, Promotion, Counseling, Disciplanry Actions and PTK Secretariat for PBT.
3. Training and Development Division
Learning and development Policies and implementation and coordination of training and development programs (Internal and External) for all officers, staff and select city citizens. 1. Develop, Implement and monitor training and development policy and procedure. 2. Develop and Implement training programs, 3. Prepare yearly training calendar, 4. Prepare quarterly report and evaluation, 5. Prepare and update training movement schedule, 6. Develop update training skill inventory, 7. Conduct pre and post training evaluation, 8. Training needs analysis, 9. Training Impact Analysis, 10. Gather and analyze post-training report, 11. Perform the function of the secretariat of KK Learning City Panel Network.
4. Salary, Pension and Benefit Division
We also responsible in ensuring the implementation of all forms of compensations and benefits schemes as directed from time to time by the Federal and State Authorities such as salary adjustment/increment bonuses. In addition , the implementation of alternative form of Reward and Recognition Schemes as approved by the City Hall Management such as The Mayor Award, City Hall Scholarship, Housing and Vechile Loan and Provision of houses for the essential support services.
