Provide advice to City Hall management regarding any matter that involves procurement

Manage and coordinate registration of panel contractors and suppliers for procurement through direct award or quotation

●

Create new procedures and provide guidelines that complies to financial rules and regulations

●

In accordance to the developing and implementing of Accrual Accounting System, this unit was specifically assigned to manage and coordinate procurement processes including: 

- Receiving, Analyzing and Processing Purchase Requisition

- Processing Purchase Order
