The Contract and Tender unit was established in February 2003 to centralize all procurement involving quotation and tender that was previously handled by the Finance Department.

Among its objective is to ensure the entire procurement processes complies with the proper procedures. This is achieved by providing guidance in every step beginning with preparing quotation/tender documents up to agreement contracts and perform monitoring to ensure projects are running accordingly.
