GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT

Transportation cost of RM120.00 (for return trip) will be charged, if transportation is required to be provided by DBKK.

Confirmation of rental of equipment is based on a first come first serve basis.

A minimum deposit of % of the total rental cost must be paid before delivery by DBKK.

The hirer shall be responsible for any damage or loss of the rented facility..
