City Hall has come up with a book about City Hall and the City that was launched by Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister, Datuk Edward Khoo Keok Hai on May 15, 2008. Entitled, Our City Kota Kinabalu, The Man at the Helm - Iliyas bin Ibrahim, the book contains 10 chapters which detail the history of the city and its development plans. It also contains a selection of photographs of important events held in the City, especially over the past three years. The book is an invaluable source of information to those who want to learn more about City Hall and get a better understanding of the City, especially on its plans to become one of the cleanest, beautiful and safest place in the region. Priced at RM150 per copy, the book is fully colored and comes in hard cover book.
